• Once the payment has been processed and the service has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This is due to the time, resources, and strategic planning that go into delivering each project.
• As a provider of non-tangible digital products and services, Kinal Media Private Limited does not offer refunds for any completed or ongoing services, regardless of usage, engagement, or client expectations.
• If a project is cancelled before the commencement of work, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a deduction for administrative fees and any expenses already incurred. This is at the sole discretion of Kinal Media Private Limited.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• In rare cases of billing errors or duplicate payments, refunds will be processed after verification. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of Kinal Media Private Limited.
